Levity? Now that's funny right there, I don't care who you are.  Scientists talk about it since long ago, I use Coulomb's Law proved it. Gravity keeps matters attract each other, levity conducts light energy between matters. Levity is repulsion force between the surfaces of all matters. Levity Was Once a Scientific Term
Levity originally was thought to be a physical force exactly like gravity but pulling in the opposite direction, like the helium in a balloon. As recently as the 19th century, scientists were still arguing about its existence. Today levity refers only to lightness in manner. To stern believers of some religious faiths, levity is often regarded as almost sinful. But the word, like its synonym frivolity, now has an old-fashioned ring to it and is usually used only half-seriously. Earth surface and moon surface are electrons on the outer surface, those lines of sight electrons are repel each other with electrostatic force F=Ke x ee/R^2. That force connected surface atoms, therefore if atoms vibrate on the moon, earth surface atoms will vibrate at same frequency. That is the mechanism of light/EM wave/photon/radiant energy. Similar to wave hand with magnet, energy instantly transfer between hands. Yeah, I get your line of thinking here OP. Very interesting.
