"worst in 40 years" All the homes were affected. 100,000 displaced - homeless overnight. The entire earth is getting some of this. Where will your food be grown? [ link to www.bbc.com (secure)] Not the entire earth... Im in the desert, south west, and its been the driest monsoon season since i been here...over 20 years... Sucks... Its been oddly cooler than normal as well hardly a day over 100 ... hope that dont mean a cold winter...i cannot STAND THE COLD! Same where I am. A mild summer and pleasantly, not a dry one. Would have been a great year for a garden. I think the last few of years of volcanic eruptions that have been going on coupled with that solar minimum might explain the cooler summer? A shift in the jet streams perhaps?
