CBS And Viacom Complete Merger
Viacom and CBS completed their $44 billion merger Thursday morning, creating a radio, television and film powerhouse to rival conglomerates Time Warner Inc. and Walt Disney Co.
A Viacom spokeswoman says the merger officially occurred when CBS stock was transferred to Viacom stock.
