Bizarrely the effect is minimal. How? You simply cannot answer that. But it hangs in the air with very little sway

To answer your concern about the tracker...

A few days after you take the suitcase the park is sealed off to the public.

The story runs in the paper that there was a robbery and expensive medical equipment was stolen. The Police run an appeal for the suitcase to be returned, or anyone who knows of its wherebouts to tip Police off.

At this point you can deduce there could have been no tracker on the suitcase, and what the instruction manual said is more or less confirmed - the only tracker is fitted into the drone and the only monitor within the control pad for the drone

Thus, no one else can possibly track this drone nor discover your location

This is a major flaw in this drone, the military have clearly made an error of judgement and you can see this from the obsession with recovering this suitcase

A few weeks later the story in the news changes to 'articles of national security' stolen and the authorities are heavily criticized for being so careless with whatever was in the suitcase (there is lots and lots of speculation)

Its clear that high level military are desperately trying to recover the suitcase, but you're in control of the situation
