Instead of shilling why don't you get a 50x70 set of binoculars and try it?

I don't own any binoculars but I would borrow some from a friend. Thank you for the brand. And what direction in the sky do you point them at? During the nighttime or during the daytime? Coordinates also, please. I said I am not into astronomy so I need that information to verify what you are saying. Again, no need to get defensive.....but thank you for the link. Note that most binoculars do not have that kind of magnification. The ones I listed have up to 50 times magnification and 70mm objectives(front lens). You really need at 30-40 times to see any diameter to Jupiter or Saturn. Also EBay has them for $54.95. A good low cost investment for all kinds of observing. [ link to www.ebay.com (secure)]
