Instead of shilling why don't you get a 50x70 set of binoculars and try it?
You deniers never do.
Quoting: Remedial_Rebel I am not denying anything. All I said is that I find what you wrote very hard to believe since they are binoculars that you say you have. I thought that Uranus could only be seen with a telescope and even then it is not as clear as the telescopes NASA has. Since it is farther away than Jupiter and Saturn. If that is a wrong assumption then ok, but no need to get defensive. No need to assume I am a shill either. What is it that people say? "Don't assume...…….." Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77884098 Then answer the question, why don't you try it? These are the binoculars I have. You can also make out Saturn's rings [ link to www.amazon.com (secure)] Quoting: Remedial_Rebel I actually will. I don't own any binoculars but I would borrow some from a friend. Thank you for the brand. And what direction in the sky do you point them at? During the nighttime or during the daytime? Coordinates also, please. I said I am not into astronomy so I need that information to verify what you are saying. Again, no need to get defensive.....but thank you for the link. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77884098 Note that most binoculars do not have that kind of magnification. The ones I listed have up to 50 times magnification and 70mm objectives(front lens). You really need at 30-40 times to see any diameter to Jupiter or Saturn. Also EBay has them for $54.95. A good low cost investment for all kinds of observing. [ link to www.ebay.com (secure)]
