That doesn't change the fact that he punched him from behind. Both kids were wrong. Bully was punched from the side not from behind. The kid in the red shirt didn't wait until his back was turned, he went after him as soon as he pushed the kid in the cast. Black kid surely must have seen him coming out of his peripheral, which is actually more attuned to movement then center vision. He got him in the side ofthe face...Bravo red sweat sweater kid.
