gluten intolerance, avoid any wheat / rye / barley / corn...also they are loaded with Roundup weed killer,,,
causes auto-immune inflamation....

son and I have both gotten rid of the sore joints by going completely gluten free,,,cook just meat / veggies, and eat salads and fruit.
