Wonder if the joints are therefore tied to the gut? Wheat poison seems to be a phrase seen a lot, and sugar... three days to not eat it and you've beat it.
Haven't noticed it because eat the poison daily! Thanks for this correlation - it gives me a reason to buy veggies and fish (and the stuff to chelate the mercury in said fish), strawberries, cilantro, garlic, ginger. Will give a keto bread recipe another try.
