Yes I notice it more if I eat high carb foods like candy or cookies or... I read somewhere it could be an excess of yeast that settles in the joints. If I'm careful with what I eat and consume low or slower releasing carb foods, I greatly reduce the aches and pains. Almost to the point where they're gone. Since lower carb eating does away with gluten products I can't say if it's sugar or gluten related.
