Why do you think it's a joke? Anyone who cannot control themselves (as Cuomo clearly demonstrated in that hidden video) needs to be evaluated. Sure, we all get pissed but to THAT degree where 'name' calling provokes a physical threat? To me that sounds like a potential trigger-happy emotional, not sensible... unhinged gun owner!
