the problem with this is now everyone can think they can just red-flag anyone.

Even various "centrists" or soft conservatives who tend to be into go-with-the-flow and don't-make-waves - and shrug off what politicians do or want trends reflect supposed "majority rules" - may be way too passive or apathetic about Big Brother and Big Nurse. .
