FYI- Red Flag Laws have already been enacted in 17 states and 4 others have them in process to be voted on. Scroll down to see states listed: [ link to www.thetrace.org (secure)] Yes, I am shocked at so many violations of the 2nd Amendment in various states and towns. I understand about variances in state laws vs. federal law- but out constitutional rights should not be infringed upon in any state or city. It seems these are things that could be brought before the Supreme Court. unconstitutional laws are invalid laws that have no actual legal force behind them. aNy infringement on the right to keep and bear arms is illegal, The only force they have behind them is criminal That's the way I see it.
