Carrie Lam said she is willing to enter in talks with protesters, but only when there is peace.
Mexican standoff. The protesters either stand down or get shot in order to bring about this "peace".
Refer to Carrie Lam labelling the protests as terrorism, opening the door for HK anti terrorism laws to be enlivened.
