Conservatives, by their very name, want to preserve the Constitution, and believe Justices should base cases on how they meet Constitutional standards. Liberals, want Justices to be "activists" and apply the Liberal agenda, when dealing with cases.

These Dem Senators are threatening the Supreme Court Justices that they had better start following the Liberal Agenda, or "something" will happen to them.
