"The job starts at $12 an hour, which is decent pay for the area, Whitley said. “That’s not bad to start, and it can always go up" Here's the problem - "Americans" expect $12 an hour for a low-skill job -- and probably expect "health benefits" too and they would probably complain about "bad working conditions" or "the animals are suffering " then they wonder why a company would hire "illegals" when it's illegal to hire illegals, employers have to 'put up' with things like treating those who are available to make their business run are treated like the employer would like to be treated. this concept used to be the default for business owners in america.
