As far as I know if a applicant fills out the I9 form, and provides id the employer submits it if no response from the goverment is transmitted then they get paid.

I have several friends who tell the applicants that if the I9 comes back as they are not eligible, than they will not get paid for their labor.!!!

Once a employer is notified then it becomes a crime.

I have friends who have had their Identity stolen and used by a illegal for decades and the IRS will not fix it and every year they get fucked on their return and must fight to get their refund it takes like a year to get your money from the irs.

when it's illegal to hire illegals, employers have to 'put up' with things like treating those who are available to make their business run are treated like the employer would like to be treated. this concept used to be the default for business owners in america.

Here's the problem. If you work for a living, you need to make a living wage. $12 an hour is just barely cutting it. $12 an hour is no windfall amount of money.

You missed the part where it says 243 illegals were actually removed. And them another article states the vast majority nearly all were release with a court date waaaaaay in the future.

So the initial news article of over 600 people were then whittled down to 243 people then from those nearly all were released with court date. And of course not a peep on how many were allowed back to work.

Cut the welfare and food stamps and 60,000 will apply.
