"The job starts at $12 an hour, which is decent pay for the area, Whitley said. “That’s not bad to start, and it can always go up" Here's the problem - "Americans" expect $12 an hour for a low-skill job -- and probably expect "health benefits" too and they would probably complain about "bad working conditions" or "the animals are suffering " then they wonder why a company would hire "illegals" Here's the problem. If you work for a living, you need to make a living wage. $12 an hour is just barely cutting it. $12 an hour is no windfall amount of money. I'd love to see any of these blowhards live on $12/hr with no assistance from anyone else.
