It forces people to budget. And stop having fucking kids when you can’t afford them. Lol $10/mth on Netflix what a luxury. Nobody on $12/hr is taking a vacation anywhere. Bar outings can be surprisingly cheap. They have $12 all you can drink nights around my parts.
