Here's the problem - "Americans" expect $12 an hour for a low-skill job -- and probably expect "health benefits" too
and they would probably complain about "bad working conditions" or "the animals are suffering "
then they wonder why a company would hire "illegals"

THIS. $12 an hour is too much for a job that involves low-level work like cleaning up chicken poop or cutting chicken's beaks off if I 'm a business owner and an "illegal" will do the same for $7.25 an hour and no health insurence -- and they won't whine and complain ? guess what? I'm hiring the "illegal" then your business should be shut down and funds confiscated and you should be jailed.
