I was thinking the same recently. The newcomers from small city/town and "rural" to an urban area like Chicago are the most gullible to the indoctrination and brain washing. Previously the education system was better in the Chicago area so there's a legacy group with some intellectual capacity greater than theirs that ultimately will be targeted. Watching it happen on this block.
