The top of one circle and ring... is the bottom of another

Whereas for weeks, people looked at Jeffery Epstein as an elite, as untouchable, that was only in regards to those below him.

But as he may have been at the top in certain circles and with publicly known figures, he may have still been in the lowest tier of the ring which was above him.
