Such a great position that they are falling at our feet right? You are purely delusional if you think for one minute that the farmers are not being irreparably harmed right now and probably years into the future. There is no doubt that there are and were trade practices that were not beneficial to us but the current practice is not the way to clear the air that is so obvious only those who are IGNORANT continue to claim otherwise!! Yes irreparably damaged. Trump maybe targetting CHina right now. So China will forever sources it's need from multiple sources to prevent this from happening again, at least China will reduce and even eliminate buying from US farmers and will develop farming in Africa or somewhere else and even their own to source it's need. Other countries will also be very careful in buying American farm produces (and other American products) considering the possibility of getting boycotted or tarrif-ed like China. It's a risk dealing with America. So, For now, most countries will try to steer themselves off from depending on American products. And this trade war will only isolate America. Ans when no one wants American products, it's the start of Ameericans going downhill and seeking for another war to start it's economy through war industry. But Americans will risk mutual assured destruction. And this time around, America will assure it's own total destruction when swarm of nukes rain down on USA from every other nuke capable countries.
