I've been asking myself why questions for over two years now and I gotta say, this is the best manifestation method I have ever run across. You should give it a try. But I live everyday expressing gratitude for what I have. Even if I'm having a bad day, I know I have so much to be grateful for. I am of aide to others as much as I can, in any way that I can, without the expectation of anything in return. You gotta be in that "Zen" place at all times, even when working, to really get your life "flowing." In other words, you need to be the change you want to see in the world 24/7/365, not just 30 minutes a day. Meditating is good because it sends out a burst of clear message to your expanded self, but living your life like you want the world of people to be is more PRODUCTIVE. Everybody benefits from your efforts. You never change things by fighting the existing reality. I usually do my manifesting technique by following a guided visualization or "living in the end" meditation video such as this one |

IT'S CALLED AFFORMATIONS.... not afFIRmations, but AFFORMATIONS..... with afFIRmations you tell yourself something is so..but YOUR BRAIN KNOWS ITS BULLSHIT... on the other hand, with AFFOR MATIONS. YOU ARE TREATING WHATEVER IT IS YOU ARE STRIVING FOR AS ALREADY IN EXISTENCE..... as in: WHY IS MY HEALTH GETTING BETTER ALL THE TIME? WHY IS IT EASIER FOR ME TO EAT THE WAY I SHOULD? and so on...... see? with the OLD way, you said..'I'm losing weight!!" I'm getting healthier". uh,NO.... with AFFORmations you are,again, treating whatever it is you desire as already a part of you. SO TRY IT.......AND SEE THE RESULTS YOU'LL GET!!! |

They're called "afformations," rather than affirmations. They work better because they give your subconscious something to work with, rather than fiddling with the old "programming" day in and day out, often times running your life into the ground Put your subconscious to work for you!.... I haven't watched the video yet, but I'm going to right now. I dunno, perhaps the application of both of them might be best....but just asking a why question is so darn easy. Preferably something 30 mins or less on Youtube. Is this how you guys deal with the fact islamists are invading and taking over your country? You literally sit there in silence and wish it away? Heh, I'm also trusting what you're working on manifesting is for the highest good of all. I hope my trust isn't misplaced. "Imagining"....imagining something into being is "Wish Craft" to me. There is nothing wrong with doing what is described in the video - as long as your energy field is strong, no holes, no tears - BUT, FOR SURE it's not all you can do. I will even say it shouldn't be what you'll settle for, exclusively. For one, I'd like to see you not to have to follow a guided meditation. Do it on your own, even if you need to learn to do it on your own. The learning would be priceless for you. Lovey, I think we always need to strive to be self-sufficient in all ways. For another, I think your subconscious is sitting idly by while you're doing this....I mean, you are kinda "off in the clouds" while meditating. You need to WORK with your subconscious to get it healthy and to have it work for you. I'm tellin' ya, all I have to do is ask myself, "Why am I now so happy?"....and the biggest beaming smile comes across my face, every time. And I feel happy, too. I don't know what you're trying to manifest, but it does need to actually be within your grasp....you know, a "grounded" request to manifest. And I'm just sharing the lessons I've learned for your perusal. You do it however you want, just do it for the highest good of all, with no harm intended.
