What do we know about the situation

I live in philly. Most of the issues are it very remote segregated neighborhoods. The rest of the city is booming. I believe the state pays the undesirables very well to be moderately peaceful. They mainly kill their own. Temple, Drexel, and UPenn are in bad areas. You rarely hear of any issues with locals messing with students. There’s a code and it brings heat when they do. The white people in the hood are all addicts, the black and brown sell it to them and kill each other over turf.

Welfare and social survives are very high here. I’ve been to southern states and that’s real poverty. The ghetto here people are middle class compared to Mississippiesque areas.

It’s not pretend at all. But as a white man with blonde hair and blue eyes I could walk around all day where this happened and not get robbed or shot. I would get asked “if I’m good” 20 times though

That cops arms appear to be completely clean one second but after the second cop rushes to get the “severed ear or whatever that was still able to produce large amounts of blood”out of his pocket, the first cops arm all of a sudden are totally covered in blood.

Unless that second cop took a knife out of his pocket and deliberately slashed an artery in his fellow cops arm while unknowingly on helicopter cam, I’m pretty confused about how it could be showing anything else besides one guy pouring something red (a lot of something) onto a blank canvas.
