Take into account swelling after rigor mortis has set in...I worked with the elderly as a profession for most of my adult life, and cared for my best friend, my father in law, and most recently my late husband in their last days....lips, cheeks, neck, etc...all swell after death....nose structure, ear fingerprint, for lack of a better term, do not.
