The reality is, on the 31st of October if he is not prevented from leaving the EU, there will be fake shortages and hype but nothing more. Brexit is happening because those that paid for it want London to be the new Hong Kong, tax haven and no questions asked - (does this relate to the current riots in HK, you fkn bet) UK will need cash and lots of it to survive, and it will get that from those gloabal players hiding their money in HK.

If there is going to be any genuine shortage anywhere it will be Ireland after Oct 31st because the Irish govt dont have the balls to go against the EU and will have revenue officers checking all trucks hence enforcing a border of sorts.

Nothing will happen in either side EU or UK. The UK might leave the EU without an agreement but that doesn't mean that EU members cannot make bilateral agreements with the UK.
