that it has been there for more than 20 yrs. Looks like
nothing more than a simple natural structure.

As for the Google image I pulled up Google Earth Pro and went back over the years in the imagery and it is present in all images but is very grainy and distorted in the low-res image from December 30, 1999.

The formation is odd i agree. I do not see any evidence of this shape being a structure or base as it can be considered natural formation.

This is not evidence for pleaides .

The closer you look at the satellite image for the shape, the less convincing its an artificial structure.
