Have a goal to get 1000 people in the club to build the device and get them to promise to train at least 2 other people to build it. All people in the club would be your share holders. I've been involved in alternative energy since the early 1980's and worked as a Senior Engineer seconded to ExxonMobil as a contractor employed by a Fortune 208, as ranked by Forbes, International Engineering Firm for 10 years

I was getting 60MPG before electronic controls and fuel injection at cruising speed and when the atmospheric conditions were favorable up to 120MPG at cruising. I invested $20K of my own money into it. EPA and DOT approval and certification cost makes it impossible to to manufacture and sell.

I've met several people that made it all the way to corporate sponsored R&D and it was shut down in the patent stage after 100's $K and years were invested.
