From the article: "He also said he had done a similar procedure on a man in a local motel a few years ago. It also did not end well, according to the Highlands County Sheriff's Office." I'm puzzled why he was never found out and arrested then. How bizarre....the desire to be castrated. The mental institutions can't be built fast enough. I'd say chances are high nobody is going to go to the cops and admit they allowed some guy to try to de-nut them but he blew it. OTOH institutionalizing these people costs bunches of money and some judge could order them cut loose but if Van Ryswyk succeeds that's one less sicko in condition to breed and if he fails, well, probably the same.  Good thinking! You're right!
