In case you think I’m making this up just visit YouTube and search for videos about gutter oil in China. Several years ago I ate at a Mongolian buffet where you select various frozen “meats” from a case and bring them to the (in my case, non-English-speaking illegal alien) cook to heat in a huge wok. I chose lamb (VERY expensive in the US), beef and chicken. THEY ALL LOOKED AND TASTED THE SAME. I seriously believe the place used “gutter oil”-containing ingredients imported from China. I wish US health departments would analyze what the omnipresent Chinese and Mongolian buffets in the US are serving. |

Although there is one that has different Chinese girls waiting tables every time I go in there. |
