ALL sex offenders should be executed. They will re-offend & sometimes these re-offenders have inside protection to keep them out of jail.

Personally, in my very humble opinion.. executions should take place for these crimes/atrocities, in no priority:

1. Rape
2. Murder
2. Molestation
3. Other sex crimes
4. Committing crimes while being a publicly and/or privately elected official who has control in any way over a large group of people.

Absolutely rational. But then you have child victims who would be traumatized by testifying and problems with evidence. So the plea is on with child offenses. Then with adult victims, there are often substances and personal questions of "integrity" involved.

That is why you get the cases where they stay in the community.

Then the Judges, the Judges. Older gentelemen who think its ok.

It involves viewing, touching, forcing the victim to act. That can all happen without a penis.

The US Supreme Court has said that executing sex offenders is not an option. Louisiana was the last state, and it was only for child rape.

Not going to happen in the states that are stupid enough to enact a new law (or it will take 20 years and $20 mil for the firs one - death is not an option); even though in states with established death penalty statutes it would be highly cost-effective, they are still getting short prison sentences.

But MOST ARE GETTING PROBATION

If you do not know the difference, probation is pre-incarceration; parole is post, and ususally involves the duration of a (felony) prison sentence.

I digress, since so many people do not know the difference.

an eye on them all the time, no matter how weird it may seem to them...always talk with them about everything and anything...never think it couldn't happen to your child...always be alert who is around and looking...

Their is very often in all crime TWO criminals ...Crime emmulates the unniversal ultimately seeking to be perfect but on the other side of the coin type of thing ... the unniverse is dualistic .... you people are most ceratinly NOT dualistic in fact 99 % of all those people alive today on the planet today ARE NOT DUALISTIC .... EMMULATION is not perfection and thus neither can it be dualistic .

Unless they get caught you will never know who they are. Most go undetected anyway!

The only option I can come up with is for parents to never, ever let their children out of their view of range especially with family members before the age of twelve. This is the best protection a parent can give their child!!

That should be the "golden rule" for all parents.

I've got a guy living right next door to me who moved in two years ago and adopted 3 children who were taken from thier parents for abusing drugs.

By all accounts the children were healthy and happy in thier parents home. There were no signs of abuse or neglect, that is.

The man I'm speaking of is a KNOWN PEDOPHILE , that is the whole town knows he is sexually abusing the children. (they do now)

The CPS apparently listened to the complaints when they were directed against the real parents, but are reluctant to even LISTEN to what anyone has to say when they complain about thier "placements". I have personally seen this man fondle the oldest child repeatedly outdoors, and when I reported it the complaints were ignored. The children are no longer seen outside, they are kept indoors to prevent us from documenting the abuse, which includes beating animals in front of them, fondling , yanking them up by theier arms , slapping them and throwing them on the ground, not to mention endngering thier lives with idiotic "activities" such as throwing a machette up into a tree with them running around.

They know what he's doing because they set it up, thats what I'm telling you. The pedos that are prosecuted are simply to make it LOOK like they are doing something.

The "hidden hand" can steal your children and have sex with them at the behest of the government agencies they set up for this purpoise, and there is little you can do. They are immune from the laws that regulate you. Thier religious beliefs DO NOT preclude the sexual abuse of YOUR children, only thier own.

They own your children, they have CATALOGS they look through from school photos where they pick and choose which ones they want, and the courts give them to them one way or another.

That's like saying a woman shouldn't go to the store in shorts, she's asking to be raped. Not true.

The reason those pervs can't get cured at all is because they see other humans as *objects*, and *that* is a form of mental/emotional illness that cannot be fixed. They are totally into control and narcissistic self-gratification. IMO they should be put out of their misery like the sick dogs they are.

And by the way, talking with your children, asking them if anything is going on, DOESN'T WORK in most cases. Either they have been threatened if they reveal anything, OR their shame is so deep they can't admit anything. Unlike the perpetrator, the child KNOWS on a deep level this is wrong, but they are conditioned to obey adults.

It is confusing to them, so they clam up and get really quiet. Some of them develop an alternate 'perky' personality to hide their inner pain. So don't think just because you talk to your child that they will tell you about being molested.

all that are in prison are not child molestors. Some are mistaken identy. A lot of cops just want to assume , and a few guys mistake thinking these are just women pretending with them. it's not a good thing , but if their isn't a victim, how can there be a crime.
