Just in case that recent report of an Ebola patient in Chicago is true... | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 77713188 United States 08/23/2019 01:52 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is an older report from 2015 that reveals the research that was being done with an Asian herb called Stephania tetrandra, also known as Han Fang Ji. According to the studies, an enzyme found in the root extract of the herb halts the replication of the virus. [link to www.foxnews.com (secure)] More recent article from 2017 in the Science Daily... [link to www.sciencedaily.com (secure)] The plant is also grown in the U.S. and is available as an extract.... [link to www.amazon.com (secure)] FYI: I have no ties to this particular company that sells the extract, and I am only using the link for informational and imagery purposes, as there are other companies online that also sell similar extracts. Anyone else know more about the studies done on this herb? I'm thinking that I may purchase a bottle of this extract and keep it in my emergency medicine box, just in case we do end up with some kind of major outbreak. |
