How come women sleep perfectly fine despite staring at their phone screen all day and night? (pic)

We are told that to get optimal sleep and REM sleep we need to stop staring at a screen at least an hour before bed time and get into a relaxing meditative state.

Yet women are on the phone from the moment they wake up until they close their eyes for sleep and they sleep like babies. No issues with sleep apnea, panic attacks, bags under eyes, headaches, etc
