The OPs point is that who does the President think he is just ordering companies to do this or do that? His absolute power has corrupted him absolutely. You cannot just arbitrarily order things on Twitter and expect them to become law.
Sad, sad days we are living in and will be going forward. The switch has been flipped on Trump. Next phase we are going into.
