The only ones made in the USA are the egregiously expensive ones made and marketed by the Trump campaign. The slogan was registered by Trump for political purposes in July 2015 with the Patent and Trademark Office. All that Motherfucker does is golf and sue people, if he had a problem with the knock offs, he could stop it. He doesn't give 2 shits about the economy or trade or jobs or shut being made in China.

Everytime any president declares a 'state of emergency', it grants them absolutely rulership over all international commerce, because a 'state of emergency' is really a declaration of war powers.
