If 98L fails to amount to much, it will only benefit TD 5 as there will be less outflow (shear) pressing down south on the system. Explains why models don't really develop TD 5 and the fact that it is quite small. This is one of those actually watch what's going on and don't 100% be focused on the models type of situations. Lots of variables in play.
