Windstream sucks donkey balls!

These pricks CONTINUE to come up with ways to punish subscribers.....

I've used them for about 10 years for phone and internet.

Price used to be about $35 for both when I started.
Edit: it is now just shy of $100!!

Has raised every year even though service is still shit, never any increase in internet speed or other service for increase in cost.

I often payed my bill every two months. About 8 months ago they started disabling long distance when bill was over 7 days late!
Worst part of that is that you still pay the full price....even though they screwed you out of 3/4 of the month long distance service!
I'm disabled and have limited income, some months Iput off bills till next month.
Like this month, vehicle registration due so had to pay 2 years of property taxes, insurance, inspection to get vehicle tags. Left me tapped out for the month.
So I put off my Windstream bill.

Now the pricks turn off your internet on the 27th of the month for non payment. Bad part of that is yes, I did get a notice but didn't open it because I assumed it was the usual late notice...

Nope, new game, notice of shut off.
Got it back on with a "pay agreement" but I'm stuck with a $25 'reconnect fee'.

I'm sick of these cheating bastards. I'll be checking my options for other internet service. I despise cell phones!

Problem with that is out here in the sticks they might be the only option for internet, other than satellite which would probably be more $$.

I supposedly get 1 mb of internet speed....BS.

It is NEVER over 150 kb......

So sick of corporate America screwing us over.
