Most energy in a developed country is consumed by industry.

It would also take advantage of this nuclear program to start building atomic bombs so that no one else would dare to talk about internationalization of the Amazon.

Personally I feel like these key areas on the world should be protected by a global law. We need the rainforest and we should aid Brazil in helping nurture its growth - not destroying it. Their industry should be the growth and protection of that rainforest and that should be funded from all parties around the world.
