Midsommar: totally lame

it was slow and not even scary

i watched the directors cut.it was really slow and it almost 3 hours.

the was this one part in the movie where this guy is having sex with a girl where there were other naked ladys watching in a barn.

That must be the version I watched then. I was rather astonished that the showed the man initially being erect when he pulled out of the girl's vagina. It was also an eyebrow raiser to see him flopping all about as he ran about outside butt naked too.

I thought to myself during this scene, "Were this me chances are I probably would be doing the very same things as this dude is... the *knock!* on my head and put into the rotting bear skin then incinerated. I figured Midsommar is a good movie to show why you should not be willy nilly joining some Pagan festival of any kind.

Nothing amazing. The first 20 minutes? was great, I wished they stayed on that track instead of their artsy, disturbing NWO bullshit with not a lot going on except symbolism and a long drawn out yawn.

Kind of glad I saw it, kind of don't care either. I watched the remake of Suspiria at the same time and Suspiria was much better. Haven't seen the original yet but will soon.

On the topic of horror, did you see Doctor Sleep? I swear that whole movie is about the Pizzagate/Hollywood/Adrenochrome thing. Wasn't terrible, wasn't great, but that's what you get with modern horror.

Ehh... kinda from what I saw of Doctor Sleep, AC. I thought Adrenochrome is a liquid from the child's body rather than "steam" from the child's body. I also thought it was very particular how that "steam" is so highly Corrupting that it is like Super Meth, but for presumed-to-be-human humans. The "good" thing is once you permanently transform you gain flashlight eyes. The bad news is when you inevitably die you die a death that just so happens to be pretty darn horrifying to watch. Still Doctor Sleep can be Predictive Programming overall. I think Stephen King is a Freemason. I am not sure about that bit though.
