The stupidity reigns thru. I signed another contract to visit this site. Do one of you know, how stupid it is, to try to use a click contract to retain a soul.

God, I see you get more stupide every day.

I mean if you really think about it, only those who believe in themselves speak the truth because, it directly reflects who they are at the core.

Those who don't like themselves lie. Those who are ashamed of who they are lie. Those who shape their image from the opinions of others, lie.

Be true to yourself and stop giving a flying Fu$k what others think as long as you operate with honor and integrity.

Man, there is so much depth to this simple concept of truth.

Honor for yourself over material objects.
Honor for yourself over greed.
Honor for yourself over fear.

Truth .... so simple it could change the world.

Not really a method I can recommend, more just to stay conscious in the moment, observing what is there.

Many of the thoughts and emotions surrounding us are just part of the collective field, other's opinions, things we picked up anywhere, judgement from ourselves and others, opinions, for people who works "in the energies" it could be thoughtforms projected on you, our own (or other's) fears, hopes, dreams etc. etc. -- things we may or may not resonate with, but they are there present.
When we are conscious in the moment it is like to take a step back, everything is still there, but we let go of the identification, it is like taking a step inwards...
Separating ourselves from the chaos we can (i) see it clearly for what it is (and better let go), and (ii) doing so we are able to open up for our own inner reality (like a stream of consciousness (in lack of better word) that goes inwards towards inner realization.
Here it becomes very hard to describe in words, but basically it is like universe within universe of sacredness living within you that surrounds that sacred spark that is the very essence of life in you and within all, you could call it's the presence of God (not in a religious way, rather a living/present/non-dogmatic way that is really hard to describe with words)...
This is not a method or a practice as such, this is the true essence of you and bringing it into life, here and now, continuously...
Then when you now gaze at the world, you see that very same spark/essence in everything (en-living it with your presence) -- you still see the chaos and the clutter, and you may sometimes get stuck in it (the world of phenomena will try -- testing your true experience), but once known, there is no way of unknowing it -- this is the way your bring your soul alive in you and the Spirit alive within your very soul...

The other day I saw that everything we do in truth sustains this inwards flow (that takes us "up" within the centre) and whenever we are not being hones, the inwards flow will stop and turn outwards (towards identification with the world of phenomena rather than with the living spark of life within you) -- this was what I was trying to pass on here

Not really anything with the thread to do:
May the storm's speed slow over water to, so that no more innocent lives will be harmed.
The waters will rise the coming years, but obviously we need more time to prepare and relocate -- and most of all, start to listen to our own inner guidance, to know where is safe and where is not.
