I think that porn can be a useful tool. Sometimes when couples have fallen into a rut watching a little porn can be of great assistance in getting into a new groove. I also think it is useful for those without a partner to aid in finding release until such a time as you acquire a regular partner.

The problems come when people become addicted to porn. Watched occasionally porn can be great but when you watch it every day, even multiple times a day, it can skew perceptions of sexual norms.

So yeah, if you watch too much porn you put yourself at risk of being fundamentally changed, possibly even "programmed". Why would porn be any different from the plethora of other programming being broadcasted to brainwash us?
