The Road consists of a 0.8 km (0.50 mi)-long northeast-southwest linear feature composed of roughly rectangular to subrectangular limestone blocks. Various claims have been made for this feature being either a wall, road, pier, breakwater, or other man-made structure. However, credible evidence or arguments are lacking for such an origin.[1] Quoting: Cosmic Charlie Right! I used to think this was strange how this wasn't being studied more diligently. Was it Erich von Däniken who included this example in his books? And thought struggles against the results, trying to avoid those unpleasant results while keeping on with that way of thinking. The National Hurricane Center said it has dispatched an Air Force “Hurricane Hunter” to fly through the storm and retrieve new data. “Residents on Grand Bahama Island should not leave their shelter when the eye passes over,” the NHC said, “as winds will rapidly increase on the other side of the eye”. Was it Erich von Däniken who included this example in his books? It was Edgar Cayce. He said new lands would appear in the Atlantic. I forget what year but the year he said is when the Bimi Road was discovered. That "land" in the Atlantic had risen enough to be seen. I recall that EC did reveal that yrs ago in a reading. It will be interesting to walk all shorelines to see what the storm brings up from the deep. Loved going metal detecting w/ my father and grandfather after storms at the beaches.
