“Records show he allegedly sold a stolen vehicle out of Ballwin to a Chicago resident. An arrest warrant was issued in February when he failed to appear in court in connection to the stolen vehicle claim. Other court documents show Tillman served five years out of a ten-year sentence for robbery and armed criminal action charges dating back to 2013.”

And if Terry Tillman knew the mall was a gun free zone, or didn’t run when confronted about it, so would he.

And don’t any of you lecture me about gun free zones and 2nd Amendment rights. I’m as opposed to gun free zones in principle as you are, but I am also pro-private property, this mall belongs to somebody else, and if they want to make people less safe by having a stupid policy, that’s their business. This guy, as a convicted felon, doesn’t have a right to even have a gun in his home anymore, either, much less on somebody else’s property.
