Yahoo Blocking Access to Email

Was wondering if anyone else here is experiencing this problem or has experienced it. It occurred about a month back and as soon as I posted about it on here, my email access miraculously ; ) came back. What they do is ask for you to access your backup account and retrieve a code which you then have to type in to access your main account. Problem is that they don't give you enough time to do it indicating your session time has expired.
