After Hurricane Ike completely swept over Galveston Island, the Bolivar Peninsula, and some small towns on the Texas coast, the official death toll was less than 100.

However, a cop told me, "They actually estimate over 6,000 dead in Galveston alone. Most were poor, black people who refused to evacuate. Nobody misses them. The governments at all levels did not want the stigma that Hurricane Katrina caused for New Orleans. They wanted people and businesses to return and rebuild. They had a "no fly" zone over the hurricane hit areas for several days while they collected all the bodies from the bays and marshes. Even news helicopters could not fly over".

So, who here does not think that the MSM is controlled? That they obediently cover up thousands of deaths when the gov tells them to?

Won't matter if the Cunton crime syndicate gets involved or if the local politicians are as flat fuckin corrupt as the ones in Puerto Rico. So sad that people will politicize & swoop in like vultures to profit from the tragedy & individuals, who are eagerly & freely offering to help & to rush in the most vital supplies are turned away because of some technicality("let the experts handle it") or some other bullshit reason, like they did when private citizens & other smaller groups tried to help people, here in Texas, during Harvey, for example.
