You guys do realize that the lower East Coast just had a hurricane scrape the coast? If you can't understand that there's loads of people and companies that are without power or have some type of damage, and that when those companies are server providers, phone companies, IP providers, come back online there will be hiccups in the system that can effect the whole system, you probably shouldn't have access to any tech in the first place. No cyberattack. Anybody along the east coast is experiencing rain and high winds due to the hurricane brushing the coast. That includes the northeast. I went out to the beach around 7 pm and the waves were huge. Windy as hell. Very atmospheric. Not surprised there are outages but things are fine here.
