Genetics, while playing a small part, is very overblown. Typically childrens lifestyle follows their parents. Heart disease is rarely genetic, it “runs” in families because they have the same diet.

My father has heart, weight and other issues due to lifestyle choices. I’m super healthy and look 15 years younger then I am. At 37 I get carded for alcohol all the time.

I’m talking more about their physique. Money buys a better diet, better doctors etc. also these people have less stress which is a huge aging factor

Have the same problem. Or problem.. If it is.. I'm 48, and I look like between 20 to 26. Its not fun. When everyone that age group wanna be your friend, and if they find out, are totally shocked and might reject you. Or immediately, if you just come out.
Men that age thinks similar reacts similar. Most don't even care, as long as you are like anyone else.
Older men thinks your this young thing and drools after you like they do to the younger. Not all of them treats you like an equal even when they find out, or they really go for you when the truth is known because it's the double standards they always wanted. It doesn't help you like to dress smart and young and have timeless interests. (despite degrees and jobs)
It doesn't help you have a man but you don't live together, and no kids. That's more respected elsewhere but not all respect it and it just adds to the picture of assumptions. Which isn't even true.

Those your age, the men, are hunting you for said reasons, and the women usually thinks you don't fit in, because you have other interests, or you don't fit the picture, or you don't have kids. Or don't understand your situation with your man.
But deeper seen you don't have the same interests anyway. Or there are some who become your friends, but they're usually open minded and enjoy a variety of things.
Or have grown kids.
So it's not so fun as people think, to look young. I don't know why. When I was 20 I looked 12. None in my family look young. Maybe someone messed up the dna, I don't know. But it's ironic. People chase youth. But they would get a similar experience, if they were there. Then it's not so fun all of a sudden.
But, if you wanna look and feel young, go vegan or raw vegan especially. Many have had results that way.
Also don't care about what other people think but live the life the way you want it. If you want to study or travel or whatever. Just do it.

It all boils down to the liver which becomes progressively toxic and sluggish as the years roll by, unless you really know how to care for and cleanse it properly, which few do. Take care of your liver, and you'll age much more slowly on the inside as well. Your energy will go way up and your inflammation will go way down, and you'll be able to get away with eating those "certain foods" much more than you're able to currently.

I wonder what causes young adults in their early 20s to look like mid to late 30s. It's so bizarre. I'm terrible at guessing ages, always way off.
