Great job! Its what my next step was, but fortunately they never served either one of us with an arrest warrant, for non compliance. The entire thing across the country was a rouge! They new full well it was unconstitutional from the onset. It was is if it were a test for all of us to see if we would comply simply because we were told to.
Ill leave ya with this. Its called creeping compromise. I am a private citizen in a blue state, and I have litigated several cases brought against me here without an attorney.
Trying to prosecute new laws they keep dreaming up to create revenue. I have not lost a single case, even though ive been targeted over and over.
I had the lesbian brigade or "animal care services" which ever you prefer, file 21 charges on me. They were trying to prosecute me on a city ordinance law on private property.
The DA tried to defend them the best he could, he even demanded that I will have my dogs chipped, I laughed in his face and told him he had as much chance of chipping my dogs as he does with me...zero! His faced turned red as a beet.
I have my dogs on cable runs a 100 ft long at four locations around my immediate house, it gives them a thousand or more sq.ft. of running room. My dogs are animal friendly, but everyone around me has live stock , and dogs are naturally pack animals. I had three citing officers, three days in a row, at fifty miles from in town. They were demanding for me to take my cables down over a new law that I was the first to be prosecuted under, where you can no0 longer tether your dog. They were insisting I build a Kennel where I was to keep my dogs locked up 24/7.
Before court I had all my dogs examined by a veterinarian and made sure he made remarks about their emotional well being.
They made so many mistakes and were trying to make so many excuses I could scarcely believe it. I told the judge if they think the have the authority to come out on my private land and tell me to put my dogs in a cage like I do my chickens, when they are family members! Then come and pick your dogs up! Because im tired of paying the Vet bills and cleaning up their poop and feeding and watering them everyday!
The judge literally said : Well Mr. saved isn't that why we call them "our" dogs? And dismissed the case. The citing officer didn't even stay for the verdict, and the DA shook my hand and handed me his card, and said if I ever needed anything to call him.
My point is they never stop over reaching, making it your civil duty to stand them down!

That used to be called extortion.

because you have a right to cross examine your accuser under the U.S. Constitution and it's hard to put a camera on the witness stand...

There was group around here that ninja'ed the red light cameras routinely. Then extra security was added, so that there was a camera on the red light cameras, and then cameras on the cameras on the red light cameras. Had to wreck a whole lot of auxiliary cameras to get to the main problem. It was pretty funny really.

I got an 85 dollar ticket from one of those cameras. They were actually shortening the length of the yellow light so people would get caught in the intersection. It was a very big intersection with traffic from six different directions easy to get caught in. Anyway my husband didn't want me to pay it, but since we live in NJ I paid it. If I hadn't there would be a bench warrant for my arrest potentially leading to thousands of dollars worth of fines and loss of my license.

They finally got rid of it after it made the town a few million dollars.

I've gotten several and never paid a one for the same reason. Never heard a thing about it either.

The court is wrong.You have the right to face the accuser and that is the state.The photos are just evidence of the crime.

You still have a right to trial .

Its the same concept of a murder case with no witness because they are dead.

Write letters to the papers of all the cities, or post on FB (whatever) that you will NOT patronize the gas stations, restaurants, shops, etc., of any city that installs these things.

It would appear that now after using tax dollars to buy the entire system and man it, and then now being forced to return the money extracted from the citizens they were prosecuting over it, will have democratic policy making working from a deficit from here to eternity. Unconstitutional leadership should be punished like ive always said. Much like those now on the left that keep presenting legislation that threatens or infringes on our constitutional rights? It is a crime!!!! They are lawyers and they know the law! They are without excuse, and should be held accountable!

Any politician presenting a law that hasn't been thoroughly vetted or scrutinized to see if it is within the guide lines of the constitution should be penalized. Any politician presenting legislation contrary to our laws should be imprisoned for sedition!!! That way we are all equal under the law!

I bet you have! Ive noticed the Monday through Thursday traffic blitzes on this mounatain too. People think its just in the cities. Leaving town and driving seven miles to the mountain there are seven cameras. Any camera up for any reason is A CRIME! It walks all over your right to privacy.

Oh sure they try to convince us all its for the greater good and keeps insurance cost down. Are any of you paying less for insurance?

The only problem I have with the cameras is how people who line up in the Right-hand turning lane will wait for the light to turn Green before they take the right-hand turn.

They don't realize that Red Light Photo Enforced does not mean "No Turn On Red" but rather that you have to make a complete stop of 5 seconds before rolling through with your right hand turn.

Well, I doubt they'd get very far since these cameras are all in Controlled Intersections.

My dad got one and I sent a letter demanding proof of 4th amendment authorization to interfere with his travel. They never send a second demand letter.

Three seconds "MIGHT" be OK for 30 mph, but it needs to be much more for a light on a 50mph street. It's not just cars driving - it's trucks with trailers and buses with standing passengers. Longer yellow lights would save lives, if anyone really cares.

Red light tickets were civil fines. Not reported to insurance carriers.

It probably depends on the state. I never saw any reason to pay a civil fine. I don't give a shit about my credit rating.

Fence, gate, "no trespassing this means you" signs, and no one can come onto your property without a warrant or your permission. The way the police gte on your property is by claiming they have reports that children might be at risk for abuse or neglect and they are doing a "welfare check".

Most innocent parents eager to show their innocence cooperate with CPS, and this is ALWAYS mistake because the only reason the CPS is there is because they are TARGETING your children and family
n anonymous report of abuse or neglect by a CPS agent is a toe in the door for the police but you don't have to let the CPS on your property without a court order. These people are child traffickers who supply children to pedophiles

To clarify red light camera at traffic signal. Right turn on red. 3 sec stopping rule b4 turning. My bad.

I have well over 1000 of those from 2 cameras on a road near my home. The road is a long straight divided 4 lane "bypass" around our small town. It has very light traffic most the time and you can see miles ahead. They dropped the speed limit to 45 at a small section that has side roads coming into it and put up cameras 10 years ago or so.
I sometimes pass the cameras 3 or 4 times a day both ways and at least 1 time a day both ways.

I started speeding up to over 70MPH when I pass them so it will rigger it and send me a ticket.

They send the original ticket along with a full page high color print and a nice return envelope in the 1st one which makes it large enough they have to use 2 stamps. and they use normal stamps not meter mail, then they send a second warning which in anther stamp and finally a 3rd warning that says you must pay by penalty of law. Right under the YOU MUST PAY there is a notice that says failure to pay can not harm your credit score, insurance rates or drivers license. (this is Tennessee so other states may be different)

I save them up till I get a hundred or so than I send them to the company in one big brown envelope with a letter saying FRACK YOU and point out that each ticket they send me costs them at least $3 by the time they buy office supplies,print that nice full page high quality picture, pay for 4 postage stamps, pay a local cop to watch each video and sign off on the ticket and pay other staff. I tell them I plan on speeding each time I pass the camera and if it is so dangerous to have a cop sit there and run radar.

I send them a Cease and Desist letter once saying I considered it harassment by mail and it actually stopped them for sending them for several months.

I think the next time I get 100 collected I will send them to the local mayor.

These cameras are not maintained well and require Krylon calibrations frequently.
