To the purists, the real men, titties with saltwater bags in them are deformed. Their original forms were unique to the woman, often perfectly complimenting her personality and the rest of her build.
Once augmented they all begin to look alike, and fake at that.
I can tell a fake boob as soon as I see it jiggle or its shape under a strong light. Then the woman becomes less hot.
