All the homeless living in their cars in the beach suburbs will be fined now. No overnight parking 6pm to 6am within 500 feet of a residence, business or city street. It's been a real problem in the beach areas since van life became popular the past few years. They leave trash, take up all the parking spaces, etc... |

I ignored him and walked away, then my dogs started going crazy and I noticed he was following me. I just stood there and stared at him until he turned around.
